The Yoga flows.
 I mainly take advantage of Yoga flow in the early morning, or if I feel very cool at the begging of a Hatha Yoga session.
 
Hatha Yoga ‘sessions’ are a template for my practice.
The main focus of my practice is Hatha Yoga.  By that I mean holding one asana for a set amount of time while working on my alignment.  When my body tells me, I return to Tadasana (Mountain pose) before moving to another asana.  Using this method, the body learns what changes have taken place in your practice.
